2. Reporting infringement

To submit a valid DMCA notice:

1. Identify the infringing content precisely (article URL)
2. Identify your original work (with link or copy)
3. Provide required personal information and signature
4. Send the notice to our DMCA agent below

3. Required information

Your DMCA notice must include (per 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3)):

• Identification: Your full name and contact details
• Original work: Description or link to your copyrighted work
• Infringing content: Direct URL on our platform
• Good faith statement: Belief that use is not authorized
• Accuracy statement: Information is accurate and you are authorized to act
• Signature: Electronic or physical signature

4. Counter-notice

If you believe content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice including your contact details, identification of removed content, good-faith statement, jurisdiction consent, and signature. Content may be restored within 10–14 business days unless the original complainant files legal action.

5. Repeat infringers

• First notice: Warning and content removal
• Second notice: Temporary suspension and earnings freeze
• Third notice: Permanent termination
