1. Acceptance

By using the AdSharely platform ("the Platform"), whether as a registered user or visitor, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and applicable laws. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

These terms form a binding agreement between you and AdSharely. We may update these terms with prior notice.

2. Accounts & roles

2.1 Registration

• You must be at least 18 years old
• You must provide accurate, current information when registering
• You are responsible for keeping your password confidential
• One account per person — duplicate accounts are prohibited
• Accounts under false names or fictitious entities are prohibited

2.2 Roles

The platform uses role-based access for content creators and internal staff. Each role has defined permissions. Content creators access article requests, earnings, and withdrawals through the creator dashboard at app.adsharely.com.

3. Acceptable use

3.1 Allowed content

• Original articles not previously published elsewhere
• Content that respects intellectual property rights
• Content that complies with applicable laws
• Content appropriate for diverse audiences

3.2 Prohibited content

You may not publish or submit content that includes:

• Stolen or copyright-infringing material
• Content that attacks religions, races, or nationalities
• Pornographic or explicit sexual material
• Violence or hate speech
• Deliberately false or misleading information
• Malware or harmful links
• Fully AI-generated content without disclosure

4. Content ownership

4.1 Article ownership

Creators retain ownership of their channel content. By requesting articles on AdSharely, you grant AdSharely a non-exclusive license to publish articles on your AdSharely site and display them as part of the service.

4.2 AI-assisted content

AI tools may assist with article requests and SEO optimization. Creators remain responsible for submitted topics and published content aligned with their channel.

5. Earnings & payouts

• Earnings are calculated from ad network revenue per published article
• Dashboard reports show transparent per-article performance
• Minimum withdrawal thresholds apply as shown in your dashboard
• Withdrawal requests are processed within stated business days
• Bank fees or taxes may apply to the recipient
• We may delay payouts during fraud investigations

6. Termination

6.1 By you

You may delete your account from dashboard settings. Outstanding eligible earnings are processed before final deletion.

6.2 By AdSharely

We may suspend or terminate accounts for:

• Violations of these terms or acceptable use
• Suspected fraudulent activity
• Lawful requests from authorities
• Extended inactivity (12+ months)

7. Liability limits

The Platform is provided "as is" without express or implied warranties. We are not liable for:

• Lost earnings or business opportunities from service interruptions
• Accuracy of user-submitted content
• External links in articles
• Indirect or consequential damages from Platform use

8. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Material changes will be notified by email and in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance.

9. Governing law and language

These terms are governed by the laws of Egypt. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Cairo, Egypt.

These terms are published in Arabic and English. The English version is the governing version; the Arabic version is a translation of it provided for convenience, and in the event of any discrepancy between the two the English version prevails.
